Born on December 1, 1985 in Kyiv, where I still reside today. Creativity has always been
a part of my life, and from an early age, I felt the urge to express myself through various forms
of art. Initially, it was drawings, particularly of shoes and clothes, which later evolved into fashion
illustrations. Later, I started creating postcards, which became the foundation for future collages.
Despite my creative drive, I decided to pursue higher education in the field of international marketing
and advertising at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, where I obtained a master's degree.
After completing my studies, I took courses in creating original dolls and became passionate about this
direction for a while, creating my own works and participating in exhibitions at the "Parsuna" gallery.
Later, I found employment at an art supplies store, where I had the opportunity to
experiment with different materials and learn more about their characteristics. Alongside my job, I continued to develop my skills in making postcards, scrapbooking, and tried painting
with various materials.
After a year of working at the art store, I returned to marketing, but my creativity
never left me. I completed courses in graphic design and started creating my first digital
collages. While my professional career continued in marketing, in 2021–2022, I once again
returned to my artistic pursuits, completing courses in travel illustration, quick sketching, calligraphy, and
writing animation scripts.
In 2022, due to a full-scale invasion, I moved to Prague for three months. This city
became an important source of inspiration for me. Upon returning to Kyiv, I began exploring street
photography, which marked the beginning of a deep immersion in art and a realization of my desire to
develop as a multidisciplinary artist. In 2023, I started experimenting with analog
photography, which ultimately defined my creative direction.
I often experiment with techniques that allow me to create new and unexpected forms.
One of my series involves combining photographs with drawings, creating works that
merge reality with artistic dimension. I also enjoy working on minimalist
digital collages, where photos and drawings intertwine in new compositions.
In 2024, thanks to the land art school of Natalia Lisova, I discovered an art form that
allows me to work with natural materials and highlight the beauty of landscapes. This added
complexity to my artistic expression and expanded the scale of my works.
Currently, I continue to create pieces that combine photography, drawing, graphics, and land art.
I love to experiment with techniques, creating new forms and unexpected compositions. Sometimes, in
my paintings, using threads, decorative plaster, and other materials, I transform
traditional art into collages. Art for me is a constant search for new ways of expression
through which I can reflect my perception of the world.
Artist Statement
